they make adapters for that plug, give it a quick google
look into the miller 211 or hobart 210 (i just got one)... they work on both 220 and 110, are relatively portable, and kick ass.

I make these for all my power tools however. Awesome. Just be careful how you use them.

Undercut is caused by a few things ... Mostly rod angle ... Laying your rod down while welding is a common mistake of new welders , keep your rod more upright , long- arcing is a cause also , keep it tight ... Speed is also a cause ... You can watch the under cut fill in ... Hold the sides more ... These things are increasingly difficult with round objects like pipe , because rod angle is continuously changing .... Practice , Practice , practice .... Time time time .... Good luck

What are y'all using for weld nuts? I have a bunch of nuts in the frame for my skids that are stripped out and I need to drill out and replace, and obviously will not be able to access them from the back. Something like this?

That's what I had to do, you can go up a size if there's enough meat on there.

I guess I should also mention that beyond the one that is stripped, I have one that the nut broke off inside the frame, and one that the bolt snapped off in as well. So, I have a few that need fixing and i was thinking weld nuts would be the way to go.

Drill them out. Use the proper drill bit for the thread pitch/bolt. Start small and try getting as close to center as you can. If part of the bolt is sticking out grind it flat first.

I've had very little success with those, I doubt they would work on a bolt that was seized enough to shear off. I tried one on my skid bolts to no avail, ended up just drilling and tap.
