Lot of places you can have more than 1 tire on the curb. Sometimes two.

"tires on curb" is the infraction the ticket states.

I don't doubt the city has some retarded ordinance for it, but I'll still show up to court just in case there isn't by some small miracle. The parking nazis in this town usually cover their asses with ordinances for everything imaginable. They are Taco Bell fueled dingle berries pried straight off the ass of bastard orc spawn.

With my 5100s from Wheelers still a week out, I decided to see if I can fit 33x10.5's without rubbing. So, how'd it go Peter? Not well. Not well at all...

I did a quick shift through all the gears laying on the gas the whole time, no slip. I'll try shifting at a high rpm but doesn't that make the risk of slipping less?

Depends on how you're dropping the clutch, slamming on the gas and where you're shifting too. Any big mismatch between engine RPMs and transmission RPMs will stress the clutch. Can try skipping a gear or maybe two.

The other option is to find a big empty lot, put on the e-brake (or stand on the brakes if you're good), pop the clutch at idle or with a little bit of gas and see if the engine stalls or the clutch slips.

Whats everyones take on the trim packer? My driver side sags and the alignment guy noticed I have 30 days to have it redone...

Thinking about ordering the trim packer and a diff drop then doing another alignment.

    Thoughts?

I should probably get a cb drop as well... The expos actually lined up the rear axle almost perfect. My cb angle, not so much... Haha

Just use 2 big nutz (lolz)

Does the poly or aluminum spacer gonna wear out because its softer than steel (for strut spacers)

It definitely is, I've gotten summoned every year except once since I turned 18, I've only actually had to go once but never went passed the waiting room. I've always wanted to do it but it would be a lot of money out of my pocket, which is my only problem with doing it as I don't really have any money to begin with:D

Hey, thats what I use, perfect fit over the stock CB bolts, has worked flawlessly for 3 years...

The only reason it'd possibly snap one of those bolts is if they were loose in the first place or possibly if there was too much slop between the shank of the bolt & your spacer of choice, still it'd have to be loose to begin with

& I'd never use aluminum for any kind of spacer, especially where alot of weight &/or friction is taking place, the old Rough Country lifts from years ago used 3" & 4" aluminum blocks for the rear & I saw alot of them just melt away like a cube of butter on a warm plate because of the softer alloy against steel/cast iron

Ha, I pulled mine out when we boxed the frame. It is a bitch because you have to unbolt and jack up the bed.
