    Huh.
I could maybe see it on ZJ; they could be built to be pretty badass offroad. Or at least the ones with the solid axles could be. I had a '93 that was a tank with just a 2" budget boost and some 31's, and I wheeled with a guy who had a full 6" suspension lift in his that has some pretty awesome flex.
But the newer ones? Not so much.

    Meh. Regardless, cool looking brushguard.

If the set you have is designed for OEM springs, and the Iron Man leafs are OEM replacement, wouldn't they still be compatible?

Theyre pretty awesome. The guy who owns the shop and does most of the work used to race in mud drags and off road courses. Hes pretty reasonable as far as pricing goes and does awesome work.

Just wrote an email to Hella. My Optilux fog lamp bulbs lasted less than 3 months before one blew. I installed them wearing gloves and wiped them with denatured alcohol before I installed them. See what they have to say. My Nokyas lasted a solid 11 months before I lost one, and while I know yellow bulbs tend to have a less than stellar reputation for bulb life, it's a bit low for my liking. I had heard that Hella was farming out most of its manufacturing to areas outside Germany, and I suppose this is what I get. It's a shame, because all my previous items from them were super durable.

    Oh well.

The optilux are made in China like the rest of the stuff out there. I am running Putco lamps and even though they are a bit on the pale side they are pretty bright for the yellow lamps.

Yeah...I figured as much, it's a shame. I had a set of Amber 500's made in Germany on my STi that were amazing.

I'll have to suck it up and try something like OSRAM or Narva ones. My inner 18 year old import tuner guy still wants the neon yellow that I had, but I can't keep changing out bulbs either. I thought about PnP HID, but I don't want to be one of those guys.

The OEM bulbs are OSRAM, I'll just swap those in for the meantime.

Prepped and primed my sliders after work. Going to let them dry and paint them quick tomorrow. Going to attempt to install saturday along with my extended brake line.

That and I just needed to get off my lazy ass and do it. I've had the lift springs on for a few months with the stock brake line. Defiantly need to get the extended one on there.

I think Rob used the OMD method on his springs, not sure how they are working out though. If you want to try it, I have a set of leafs from an 85 GMC K10? that I was going to use for OMD type springs, but got the All Pro's from Dave instead. You can have them for free if you want them.

I know I'm going to do a poor job explaining this but here goes--ATO is making different flips for different spring sets, so if you buy the AP Expos you have to get the flip kit brackets for those, same for Dakars, etc. I am under the impression that the Iron Man springs are no exception.

The yellow Nokya fog light bulbs last a long time. One finally blew after 4 years, no wait, the bulb actually lasted longer than the wires that supply it power.

I did the OMD method for my truck after my Toytec AAL broke. It works really nice (better than the AAL) but I want to swap with John just so that I have the whole OME setup.

I thought the ATO kit was universal now. All you have to do is change the holes that you bolt it into.

I am having the same problem. The wires or connector on the passenger side is giving me problems
