Im curious if i could run a 2.2 pulley on my 3.4 with the TRD 7th injector. And if possible what plugs should i be using. Im currently running dense IK20 and have the will be doing the plugs this week.

yes I think that is the most ideal set up. I am running the Iridium plugs that came with the 7th injector kit from URD. And URD sells the 2.2 pulley but I am still using the stock pulley.

Here is my setup. I have the stock pulley. I'm happy with my setup so I don't plan on upgrading. I'm running stock air box as that is what was recommended. Supercharger already runs super lean. With 7th injector it made everything perfect for me. No ping, plenty enough power. [IMG]

Yea I'm pretty much running the same setup. I planned on buying the URD 7th before I realized the truck had the TRD 7th. Anyone else running a URD 2.2" pulley with a TRD 7th?

Yea I seen his but he's the only one so far. I pulled one of my plugs while i have the truck stripped down and it has the denso K16TR11s in it. I know it says to run the IK20s and thats what the boxes i had from the original owner but inside the box and motor were the TR11s. I picked up some IK20s for it on my lunch break.

URD 7th and 2.2 for the streets is a good set up, for the desert i think the stock pulley is plenty and probably safer.
and i run the 1st gen S/C and 2.2 now

they had the wire for the injector spliced to the 4th cylinder. idk if they did that to get more fuel to it or if it wasn't working so they ran it to that.

Mine is an 03 as well. Red hose in center is fuel line T'd from the high pressure fuel line on other side of motor. Wires at bottom are going through firewall to the URD ECU in second pic.

URD makes the 7th injector for the TRD supercharger. I do not know of another company that offers a 7th injector kit other than URD.

there is TRD 7th kit and may or may not include a ECU re-flash by a dealer

I know nothing of a TRD 7th injector for the 3.4L V6. The 3.4 does not have an ECU that you can flash. That is information I have been told at least. Sounds like you likely know more on the topic than I do. Just wondering if we are both talking about the 3.4 and not the 4.0 S/C.

Any links for info on the TRD 7th injector? I am guessing TRD does not make this any longer for the 3.4L.

trd does have a 7th injector but I have no idea how its set up. I know that urd used to do a pcu with 6 bigger injector kit before the urd 7th came out...
