It's fun. Took the grands for a little joy ride over the weekend. They think it's fun. Seat is wide enough for Kristi, them, and me to fit comfortably. We should have a lot of fun with it this Summer, and I think I'm really going to appreciate it come hunting season. Lot more comfortable and capable than a quad. :)

Sold all your Taco stuff? When do the RAV mods start?

Just the tool box, back rack and dash kit sitting in me garage.

Think I still have a set of tpms sensors, bed rail cleats, and those plastic storage bin divider thingys kicking around somewhere in my garage lol

I think I may have to strangle my mother... I mentioned months ago that I was going to do a snowcoach trip to Yellowstone this winter. Then mom said that she and dad might want to do that too this winter. I've talked about nothing else for the last couple of weeks and asked them point blank if they still wanted to go this year as I would try to make reservations for all of us. Mom said no. So I booked my snowcoach (not 100% refundable) and hotel (again, non refundable) and told mom that I would be gone this weekend. So she texts me today asking who I booked the tour with. Called me tonight to ask if I could cancel my reservation because that company didn't have room for her and dad and they wanted to book with a different company. Oh, and could we do it on Sunday and not Saturday as it would be tough for them to make it down on Friday ahead of a Saturday tour (meaning I would have to cancel my hotel reservation).
Um...no and no. You had your chance, too late now. So now mom's mad at me because I won't cancel my nonrefundable plans.

My sisters are trying to get a family vaca going during the summer. Well I already have a trip planned this summer. They were asking if I had enough time off left from work for it. Well technically yes, but no way I'll get it approved for twice in the summer as that's one of our busiest times. We tried last year to plan a trip for this summer and they didn't really seem interested. . . oh well

:sorry: Sorry Lisa. Unfair of them to do that to you ... and put a bit of a cloud over your trip too. :(

My wife's sister, 3 brothers, husbands/wives/kids (11 people total) are all coming up for two weeks last half of June. It's gonna be a logistical nightmare getting everyone to agree on where to go and when ... :frusty: I might have to disappear into the bush for a week or so.

Hmmm .... Her sister's husband is a good guy ... might invite him to escape with me. :anonymous:

skipping class for a hangover...for shame. don't you have midterms or anything?

I guess its not a good idea unless its their idea
And I completely understand the busy summer season...I have never taken an actual vacation, just long weekends when my work load allows me to.

I think I'd be hiding too...that's a lot of family to keep track of! Even if you do agree on what to do / where to go its going to be a pain to get there unless you rent a bus!

I don't typically have to worry about long vacations. My family knows I won't join, so they make their trips around wherever I am at :D

No, I just like my personal space. I don't like to be rushed to do anything, or forced to go do things with large groups.

Air Force = lots of personal space.

And I joined for a few reasons.
    1. To get away from my immediate family.
    2. Money.
    3. College (which I slacked on way too long).
    4. To see the world.
    5. Retirement at 38 years old.
    6. Have a good trade to go into after I retire the first time if I want to.
