I did a test booster once like 2 years ago (I think it was called Stenadrol). It was a fucking nightmare. It was a 1 month cycle, 2 pills a day for 30 days. PROS: I gained like 20 lbs, my bench went from 225 to 275, and there was a noticeable difference in the mirror: all my muscles got bigger. CONS: as soon as the 30 days was over, 50% of my size and 25% of my strength went away (I think I was benching 250 2 weeks after I was done, which is still an improvement), my aggression was pretty high, and my blood pressure was like 140/100 (my blood pressure is usually right at 120/80). I was getting nose bleeds and everything; it scared the hell out of me.

Also, I know that oral steroids are hell on your liver and that people under 25-26 shouldn't use them b/c their hormones haven't fully plained out from puberty. There's a bunch of high schoolers that take them at my gym and they have no clue what they're doing and are gonna end up fucking up their system, growing boobs, or never being able to get their mushroom tip hard. People don't realize it, but they're pretty much the same thing as AAS, so you've got to know what the hell you're doing with them to keep yourself from fucking up your hormones. I'm not an advocate of steroids, but if I were forced to choose between oral test boosters and injectables, I'd pick injectables all day. There's nothing wrong with them, whatsoever, as long as you know what the fuq you're doing and don't abuse them (like most people do)

Weighed in at 228 yesterday... This build up is getting me fat :p

Too bad I am 6'2" and my wingspan is longer than that. I could put on like 15 lbs of pure muscle and you'd barely be able to tell haha

 that always helps as well

so killed back today, gotta love a solid back pump ! And I think my new favorite lift is using the military bench and facing with your chest on the bench and doing dumbbell rows. :notsure: what its called

PICS? Super setting my chest on Tuesday was killer. Doing drop sets of incline followed by max flys still has my chest sore.

Nice, I feel like I haven't gotten a solid chest soreness in awhile, I think I need to change up my lifts im doing on chest day. Its kind of like doing a bent row but using dumbbells instead of a barbell and laying chest down on a military bench opposed to just standing bent over

Yeah, pecs are still feeling it today. Do not know what I will pair with decline as I did reg bench and incline and fly on Tuesday. Interesting. so you lay on the bench instead of knee on the bench. I will have to try this today.

Yep and you row simultaneously with a dumbbell in each hand not one then the other like with your knee on the bench. Try to touch your shoulder blades together and you will get a killer back/trap pump.
