That's what I'd go with. I don't think rock crawling is for me

Oh I want a rock crawler, but not with my truck. Short wheelbase works best for that. My truck may only be a single cab, but it's longer then my moms 2012 access cab haha

Lately I've even super tempted to throw a flat bed on it :D my bed is starting to get pretty rusty on the inside and pretty dented up

Hmmmm sounds like a ole clampy build to me from the petersons mag.

Throw a tube /aluminium flat bed on her, maybe a build a homemade snorkle(rangerstation.com) has good instructions for a cheap build.

Tube bumpers and some nice recovery points.

I may have just put more thought into this than my own build haha

Does the bed matter if its rusted and beat up or do you wanna flat bed it?

T100's were great trucks! My dad bought a new T100 access cab V6 RWD for his business and after 18 years of being rode hard and put away wet it's still going.

Nice! When I bought it I was looking into tacomas but got an amazing deal on this. I like the t100s but I'm glad toyota replaced them with the tundra.

Okay so here goes me trying to explain this:

My truck only has two speakers plus a sub, and because my head unit has four channels (speakers) I had two extras. Because my CB only puts out around 5w to the PA, it was simple to install but pretty quiet. So I got to thinking, why not try to wire the PA to the head unit? After all, it's just a speaker. So I did.

My two speakers in the cab are on the "front" two channels and the PA is on one of the "rear" channels. So I can either have all power going to PA, going to both, or just in the cab all controlled right in the radio. I still, however, retained my PA by running a simple aux wire from the PA port on my CB to the rear aux input on my head unit. I also wired a switch into the remote wire for my sub, so when I want it off I can just flip a switch. That's good for if I'm talking over PA, or if my dog rides in my truck (he's scared of the bass ).

Anyway. If you're looking to do the same thing that's how you do it. Unless you have more then one speaker. In that case you'd need an amp :p

It's good! The radio doesn't matter (performance wise) as much as a good antenna does. I learned the hard way to just shell out a few extra dollars and get a decent antenna.

Guys, I think I just got the deal of my life. LR UCAs that are usually 400, but were 36 on Amazon for some reason. This has happened before, but with an ARB offroad bumper and it was legit. So. Stoked.

edit: everyone in my house was asleep last night and I had to tell someone lol
