All day I have been watching my tracking since it said it was 'on truck for delivery' today. I have been SO excited!!!! My boyfriend was at home working in the shop, so about every 5 to 7 minutes I would text him, 'Are they there yet!?' :frusty:
I guess I must have annoyed the living shit out of him, cuz I have been home for an hour and half, waiting for the FedEx guy to show up. So I decide the check the tracking number again, and it says they were delivered TWO HOURS AGO!!! What the...... So I'm ready to go door to door and harass the neighbors until I find my stolen seat covers, when my boyfriend calls me and he asks me, 'Are you sure they didn't put them in the shop?' NO THEY DIDN'T PUT THEM IN THE...... and he starts laughing. Not only did he lie and say they didn't show up, he HIDES them on the top shelf in the shop!!!! Rotten little shit......
    He WILL pay for this!!!!!

Lol, but my covers are here, so I'm happy!!! :D

Now I wish I would have ordered earlier. I did call today and got my email. They just screwed up the email address like I thought.

I went to look for the invoice in my inbox so I could track my order at Wet Okole and found a new message from FedEx telling me my covers have shipped!
I know what I'm doing on Tuesday.

For those keeping track I ordered on day two of the GB, basic front row only, no logos. With a console cover of course.

Got some of them installed today. On the driver and passenger seats, does anybody know how to get that bottom trim off the sides so I can install the seat covers underneath it?

Mine shipped yesterday! I do not know how because I checked the status on Thursday morning and it said they were being cut and it would be 3-4 weeks. Then checked it Thursday afternoon and it said they were in production. Got an email yesterday that they were shipped and will arrive Wednesday! Not complaining at all just funny how it went through the process so fast! I was happy on Thursday when it said the were being cut and would be 3-4 weeks! Can not wait!

I am having this exact same problem! Can't get the strip of Velcro on the bottom front of the top half of the front seats to get past all the bullshit and meet with the back part. Am I retarded, or is this a common problem? Help!!!

You shouldn't need to take that plastic trim off. Just push the cover between the seat and plastic trim. You'll be able to grab it from underneath the seat then and pull things tight. Worked on my 2010.

The neoprene would probably go, but I don't think the buckle and strap would. Maybe I could fish a wire up and pull just the strap through...

Installed the seat covers last night on my 2003 Tacoma, and I thought I was going to have to remove the plastic side seat cover, but I finally fished it through.
Helps to have a flash light. Once I could see it on the other side, I took a pair of long nose needle pliers to grab it and pull through.

So, the bottom of this plastic piece is tethered in place with a bunch of rubber straps and shit, how is the flat piece of the seat cover supposed to come through all that shit to be connected with the other Velcro strip?

You've got 2 weeks to figure it out and post the solution before my covers show up :)
