AZ BS Thread 2.0

My father abused insulin as a young adult, because "the cure was right around the corner" and wound up getting fucked when he got older. He brought it on himself and I feel horrible for him, but self restraint and control is key. He's been through a tough life.

I appreciate the kind words and I'm definitely focusing on the priority now: me.

The meds help, but her family, her mother, her living situation, her constant dependence, and her nonexistent self esteem just made her lean all her weight on me. Not to mention the breakdowns she has almost every week in the winter and spring from her depression. I just can't. I've tried so hard to help her and nudge her in the right direction, but she won't take the first step.

Then we get onto the topic of kids. I don't want kids with mental disorders. She also wouldn't be able to take her medications while pregnant, so she probably would lose it. I want kids. I'm the last of my family. I want strong and dependent children and I think, or basically I know she wouldn't be able to give me that. Not that it's the only thing, but that's a huge part of marriage! Something I can't just look past.

She's a wonderful woman and her good days fill my memories, which is what's causing the battle in my head. I know she can "get better" but it never lasts. I need a woman who can do things on her own without asking for helps or when she asks for help, she really needs it. She's 20 and she doesn't have her license. She dropped out of school. She's working a minimum wage job and she lets her boss and everyone else trample all over her. She is a wonderful girl, and I really wish she didn't get these genes. It makes it so difficult because I have to pass up on my fucking soulmate because she isn't stable enough for me to maintain my sanity, and that fact eats me up inside...

Dude, your 19.... There are a million more. It sucks, but trust me, its not the end of the world. Last thing you need is a basket case that your trying to "help" or "fix" You dont want that shit.

Yeah I've slowly come around to that fact. I don't want to be a therapist.

Fuck I was a psych major with my life goal set as becoming a therapist to help people. She completely changed my idea on that pretty damn quick.

Might take this time to head out to AZ within the year. Set roots here

 

I am telling you, go out and find some easy college bird and hate fuck the shit out of her. Screw all your anger and pent up frustrations out and carry on smartly.

 

I would just focus on school and career. Once that's out of the way you are golden. You'll find love when you least expect it. I know its a cliche' but it worked for me. Been with my girl over 4 years.

What made you choose AZ? And yes its def easier. Me and me girl fly to see each other every month or so.

She couldn't even deal with seeing me just one time a week. Lol fuck that.

And I chose AZ because of the business trends I've been studying for school. Almost 75% of growing business has been shifting to the southwest. I plan on being a business owner, so a good market is key. I have family in Tucson and Phoenix as well. I have some family in Houston and San Fran too.

I agree with MOST of the laws in AZ and I whole heartedly support the freedom you guys have with firearms.
