Any suggestions on where to add any rolled tubing? Here's a 1 minute rendition of what I had planned -

I would leave it how you have it, but add one tube dissecting the hypotenuse of the main diagonal along its unsupported length.

And since you're not exo'ing, I don't think you need to roll anything, unless it gets to hard to follow contours where you want the cage. A rolled dash bar would be titties :D

Rolled dash bar? Not sure what that looks like.

Currently, the 'plan' was to keep the stock dash and steering wheel.

I was gonna run some 2" tube behind the OEM dash tube to support the windshield ^ thingy

How do you do the steering wheel mounted on the floor mod? I have a midget brother who has trouble reaching the steering wheel and this would be perfect!

Mount a camera on the dash and a LCD screen so he can see what he's doing

Didn't work out. I ended up mounting to the floor under my desk (currently). :p

The Pipemaster contour gauges seem ridiculously expensive IMO, but I've been less than impressed with them for single tube to tube applications. The pins tended to splay if I tried to find the contour I needed to cut. Additionally, there still seemed to be a lot of fitting I had to do even after closely following the contour that was produced.

I found this calc through google/pirate IIRC, and it's f%^ing awesome!

I just tape the printout directly to the tube and cut. Easy to align and seems to be incredibly accurate on the first try with no extra fitment adjustments to make.

Much more costly (for a decent notcher, in addition to multiple hole saws) and probably more time consuming to be honest.
