Damn Matt. That really sucks! Did you notice the box it was in? I saved it incase you need to ship it out. Def not original. Also, THANK YOU for all your help with the Spindles.

Aaron... THANK YOU for helping clean up! I think it was one of the most productive days ever (here) and once all the trucks rolled out it showed! Boxes and debris everywhere... not to mention my tools... most of which I scattered around!

SC Matt... thanks for the deal on those Spindles. Even with brake lines and new hardware I still saved over $100. HOWEVER... My rotors were toast so I replaced those and the pads... $170. THEN I found out one of my front Billies was blown also. SO... since Matt (Camo Matt) bought the FOX's, I Bought his Billies \Eibachs and used one of his Billies. Now I have the OME 885's with 5100's and NO preload!

UCA is looking good now!! (I may have a set of Eibach Springs for sale...$100) My rake or Bro Lean is now BAD! It's at least 3" lower at the back axle! theres a 2" drop just from the front of my sliders to the back! I think I'm going to see if I can get a chevy leaf at the junk yard early in the week! I gotta get this fixed by the 20th as well as a million other things!

I am SO going to miss you guys and the outings... whether UFC... Wheelin, Camping, Kayaking, Modding, or just hanging out! Damn it! I will be lurkin your thread!!!!!!

Lastly Ben... I so approve of Meghan!!!!! :D

Randy and I attempted to provide Jake with some "Linwwod" style harassment, sarcasm and a general ball busting hard time... you were there in spirit!!

Nice! Sounds like a perfect length.
Are we going to weld some aluminum?? :spy:

Speaking of welding, CKeene how'd it go??

Great time meeting everyone today. Barrett was the best accessory of all our tacos!

John I think your neighbors have thick skin to put up with the dealership of tacos out front and thanks for letting me chop the exhaust. My wife gasped so loud the cat ran out of the kitchen when I brought it inside. Thank you all!!

Didn't do any welding tonight. Got home, unloaded the truck, and parked. I'll post some pics tomorrow after I'm through.

Thanks for the help today. The pointers and technique will hopefully go a long way for me.

Thanks John for hosting, always a good time. Gonna miss you man.

I hope I cleaned my stuff up and put all the tools away I borrowed...

Let me know if you need a hand with the springs especially if you need something cut, bashed, or burned into submission :D

My neighbors actually think it's pretty cool! They're always asking when the next one is! It's a great little Cul-De-Sac.

I'm glad you showed up! It takes some confidence to show up to a group of dudes who all know each other for the first time! Well played!

I think with TW... and your Exhaust tip/Mud Flaps... you are well on your way to a full blown addiction!

It got dark... your truck was gone... I'd say you did good! Shit... My grinder didn't even make an appearance today!!! LOL!

If you're serious... I'll let you know. It may take some of your "talents" from what I've seen in the thread.

No biggie. I'm glad you were able to follow Matt part way. Your ride looks MUCH better now! Finally getting a serious Expo look and feel!

    Alignment Monday AM!

Hahaha! Its always a success when Im able to leave a mod day under my own power :D

While Ive got plenty of experience with first gens :)rolleyes:), Ive never done 2nd gen springs or "chevy" springs but I can always lend a hand if needed.

And if shit needs to be submitted to our will, between you and me, I think we always win %60 of the time. Depends on if you count it a "win" if the part doesn't even remotely resemble or function how it should in the end.

Sorry for all the problems with these. I'm thinking that there is a high rate spring on them. Hopefully Fox can shed some light on this Monday morning.

This is my guess. No extra weight and cranked preload would definitely give a bad ride.

This...here's some pics..no preload..no weight in the bed..getting 4 inches of lift from the coilovers alone...was a long rough and bumpy ride home..scary as well...Ben rocked my truck side to side and the tire actually comes off the ground
