Believe me, it's great to be back!
Yeah, supposedly it's gonna ship out Monday.
I just want the damn thing so I can prime, paint and mount it before I fly back down to Camp Pendleton for more training in a little over a week

Good to be back! Yeah I bet they did

My Dad told me about the PM so I assume he got back to you and let you know when I'd be home, don't know if he said or not but no I won't be able to bring my truck back down there when I go back here shortly. We'll have to connect with wheeling another time in the future

Yeah, he gave me a date (the 7nth) and said he didn't know if you'd be on here that day or not.
That sucks, let me know when you're in town with the truck, I don't know the local trails but Doug (4WD) has been wheeling this area for a long time and he'd be happy to show us around or ride along.

Good luck with your training at pendleton.

Congrats and welcome back. that's crazy about the bumper. though I asked a simple question via e-mail and it took over a month for a reply... so hopefully he was work'n on your bumper!

funny thing though is I asked about a DIY Kit, he said they had them but to still give them a couple month lead time for them to prepare... damn they must be slammed!

Welcome back and sucks about the bumper.

I will be the first one to agree that my Apex isn't as cool as an Elite, but I can't imagine paying that much for something and waiting sooo many months for it

truck looks great! though I have to say... it needs a softtopper... something about our 1stGens with a softtopper look kick ass

(really wished the previous owner would have went with black rather than greay... but oh well... saved me $600)

Thanks, oh I had a blast down at the depot... ha

Well the bumper is first and foremost, after that comes I can mount the m8000 WARN winch, D2s and LF240s. We'll see what else I can scheme up in the time I'm home

I head back down to Camp Pendleton for 2 months of training at the School of Infantry, and then I get stationed (most likely at Camp Pendleton or Twenty-Nine Palms)

Yeah soft toppers do look good-- though rear armor, UCAs, and retrofits are next on the list, along with some other goodies

Nice... well now that you're military you'll be able to afford all that

can't tell you how often I hear things like that. (don't get me wrong... as long as you live within your means you'll be just fine... but moding a truck rarely fits within our means LOL)

Congrats again... if you ever make it out to Denver I'll buy you a beer or three... even if you are a Coug... (go Beavs :D)
