    thanks man, ya it rides a lot better than it did with the spacer lift. its nice, my steering wheel shake between 40-55 is gone too, granted that was because I was lazy and never got my truck realigned after the spacer lift XD. now its time to get a bumper :D

    Before you do the bumper...(this is coming from a 4WD perspective, so maybe some of the 2WD guys can confirm or deny this recommendation)...I'd say get a set of rock sliders. They aren't terribly expensive, but they are worth their weight in whatever for keeping your body and rocker panels mostly dent free. But then, as I said, I'm not sure how much trouble you could get in with a 2WD besides rubbing up against trees that sliders would help protect you from.

    I agree.

    Alfuh, a few days ago I was gonna tell you to worry about sliders and skids before bumpers or anything else but then I remembered you're 2WD still. I still say protect the truck before you introduce the cool factor. If you still want bumpers first though, get a rear one first. It's the rear that gets hung up the most. Ask around how many people dug their hitch into the ground at citrus;)

    Trees would be about the only thing I think they would help being 2wd. I have yet to have a need for them in any of the stuff I do with my truck. To include trying to fly up some of those hills and slamming the front end of my truck down when I hit. A bumper would be my first choice. If you were 4wd and going to Hard rock, then yes, I would say sliders, but since you aren't, go with a bumper.

    I agree with the rear bumper. Though my front bumper helped move a picnic table out of my way today because I forgot it was there. :cool: Got out of the truck to check my bumper, not even a mark on the bumper. Plus the added approach angle clearance helped me out so much at citrus. So if possible, go with front and rear.

    No, but that light pole didn't hurt the guard either, just scratched the paint. Which reminds me, i need to get more paint.

    Mines not plasti dipped. Its rustoleum bed liner sprayed. Easiest stuff to use especially when you need a touch up.

    With his new high-dollar suspension I was thinking he's probably a little flexier than you now, Jason. That could bring his rockers closer to the terrain.

    I was also thinking that an increased approach angle would increase the need for sliders...if you could climb up on steeper stuff, you're more likely to get high centered, thus the need for armor and why I was suggesting he get sliders before the bumper.

    Even stuff like this would be bad for his rockers...

    Haha, I was hoping you'd weigh in, Mike. Chris, Mike is the crazy guy that lives in Bellevue :boink: and wheels his 2WD at Hardrock and the Pits. :D
