Filing a flat - the file slipped up over the bolt head & I caught my support hand between the front corner of the file & the bed. I know - sound coordinated.

Update - took another look at it, got all the bolt shavings out and tapped the bit into the bolt. It seated pretty well so I tried it again and got it to creak loose. Awesome. It fought me the whole way out - a bit of surface rust on the threads really locked it in there.

From there it was quick work! Success.

nice here today, well above freezing finally, took the time to replace my OEM headlights with Spec D projection lights, easy job, about 2 laid back hours and some aiming after the sun set on the garage doors and a shake down, the lights are so much brighter now

Added OEM running boards and bed mat today to my '14 to go with the recently added skid plate, all weather floor mats, new tires and tail pipe cover.

My 3 year old got into the truck today and said,
"Thanks for the new step, Daddy. Much easier."

Fab Fours pre-runner front/rear bumper, Anzo projector Head/tail/3rd brake lights. JL door speakers, JL amp, JL StealthBox (center console), Double din aftermarket deck. Weather tech floor mats, SOS Concept Sliders, 3” lift, steel skid plate, Fuel 20x10 wheels, 285 tires, low profile steel bed rail and tailgate caps, K/N high flow intake, Warn winch, and so much more.

    Doesn't get better than that.

I ordered a months worth of pay of new stuff: Fab Four bumper, Side steps, mud flaps, spyder front and rear lights, a new 3rd brake light and a Trex studded metal grille. Everything will be in within 2 weeks. I'll throw up pics after everything is on. Anyone on Oahu wanna help put it all on? :)
