    another shorter run is Lockhart Basin trail... runs from Indian Creek Falls far to the south to Hurrah Pass Road which ends in Moab... trail damage says it's 37.5 miles, and another 3 or so back to the road... and 10+ to town... could work... considering we'd have to drive down to the start...

    I'll be there the mid day the 22nd I think. gonna take my time and meander my way as I doubt anyone else will be there yet. then Tuesday or so hit up White Rim Trail, as I hope the traffic from the holiday will be leaving

    yea that's a good one...i hit that last year during cruise moab...it's a LONG day! 100-150 miles total from moab through lockhart then back to moab on the road...gotta remember you still need to get back to moab from the canyonlands entrance where it ends up

    i'll be rolling through there tuesday before rock therapy after beef basin and elephant hill...looking to setup camp back in there monday night...should be amazing

    typically you run it N to S so you hit the main obstacles going uphill..

    it'll be interesting to go the other way this year...i'll let you know how it was compared to going N to S
