The truck is easier to steal than the entire stereo.. The only thing they will steal out of your stereo is the HU unless they have enough time to move the seats, get to the amps, unscrew them, etc.... If all your stuff is bolted down nice it won't get stolen other than the HU. I have had about 20+ HU's stolen in my life, never once did an amp or sub get stolen.

    Corndawg,

Do you wheel now? If not go ahead and do a system, listen to Colby, and save the suspension mods for when you come out here and begin to wheel so you can get a feel for what you want.

A few questions. Do you have to spend $4K on some thing? Why not take your time figure out what you want? WhenI was in college 4K was a serious chunk of change so I was never in the position to spend that on a car mod, hell my car didn't cost that. So why rush into a serious stereo or suspension.

I have a mid travel Icon kit it cost me around $2500. Then about 2K in wheels and tires.

Good luck with what ever you decide.

    id say do both. lol

you can get front and rear shocks, ucas, and leaf springs for under 3k (just thinking off the top of my head)
then you got 1k for audio!

what they said, do you currently wheel?

maybe think about getting some sliders. cheap insurance. they work great keeping the body damage off your taco.

They are really cool for mobile phones but the audio quality is bad on them. If you have a good stereo setup I wouldn't suggest it. If you are stock or on mid-range equipment its ok for that. I wish they'd put some better hardware into it but then the price would jump through the roof.

 Long time no speak. I've been super fucking busy or I'm never in town.

Thanks guys. Not too nervous but I have been studying for the last two days to make sure I know my stuff and know things about the people that are interviewing me. I have one today and maybe two tomorrow with the same company different people. This is after I just did two phone interviews.

    thanks dude!!

    those people were so helpful.

i came up on them and they were stopped hanging out, so i pulled off so they could pass me. but they were hanging out so i went and talked to them. asked them if they could squeeze by me as im leaking oil and need to go ASAP. they said sure of course! THEN THEY GAVE ME LIKE 6 QUARTS OF OIL! i was wowed by how nice they were. i didnt even ask and everyone was pulling out oil to give to me.
i always help people on the trail, every time. the good deeds have came back to me! yay for good karma. :D
