The 15" steelies from wheelers are one of the few steel wheels that will clear your calipers without using a wheel spacer. Also, it is my understanding that they are made by procomp for wheelers.

On another topic, a couple of pics from the swapmeet today. Was a good turnout. Lots of kool energy. Bought a bunch of shit I didn't know I needed.

Ate wings with bray and konsta, on the way home. Was a very successful trip. Truck is now slower and vibes more. Love it!

Haha, want a complete inventory? You would have gone nuts at this place. If you come with cash, you would have spent a lot. Its the kind of stuff you love. Stuff to build shit with.

Heres my modest list from today:

A bag of recycled shop towels, the orange ones. $7

A bunch of electical stuff, a bag of 18 ga crimpable butt connectors, some 1/2" tiedowns, 2-2 ga copper solderable fittings, 20' of 12 ga wire, $8

a brand new looking 24 mm craftsman combo wrench. $6

a very kool t-shirt $15

And some delicious handcut french fries which I paid too much for.

The raisin did not sell, or at least had not by the time I left. Sad to see it sitting there.

Thanks Monte. Now whether to go 10.5 or 12.5? As a DD I'm leaning towards 10.5. But in the summer I ride my motorcycle alot, which would cut down on the street mileage on the rubber. I guess this is the best part of upgrading.

 

i DDed 33x12.5s for a year or so. Was fine. But yea, pricey tires and does hurt the mpgs.

10.5s look great though too.

Yea choosing tires is hot topic a lot of times here haha we have debated fat vs skinny for ever.

From my experience, they offer pros and cons in their own situations. ANd they feel TOTALLY different when driving.

 

What Monte is trying to say is - tires are like boob jobs.
