Im glad to hear that i mean the cost is high but after that i can say that im much happier with an almost indestructable bumper and a clean truck then a totaled taco haha

Why would you follow somebody close behind anyways I always give people like 5-9 car lengths on the highway since I don't want to get in a wreck.

None at the moment. will be changing that soon!! ;)
My 02 tacoma doesnt have abs and ya i agree some places you just have to follow closer. Not to sound bad but i always think Shit happens cant doing anything about it. Idk how many times i have hit the ditch here in northern Minnesota because some idiot doesnt know how to drive and I would rather go in the ditch then get in an accident

Don't know the full story. If some crazy driver cuts in front of you and brake checks you, you are not at fault... if you can prove it. Happened to me four months ago. I only avoided the collision by braking pre-emptively (all the Russian dash cam videos are good for something...)

^Driver age/appearance has nothing to do with it - rear-end collisions are always blamed on the driver in the rear, unless you can prove otherwise with a dash cam or a witness. There have been fraud cases where a driver would intentionally reverse into another car while waiting at a stop light.

Back on topic, that ARB bumper is 78 lb without winch or lights. Pretty lightweight compared to ARB bumpers for 2nd gen Tacos.

So i think i may have just found the rest of my 4x4 conversion parts, this truck has been hit but from what ive read i can still press the manual hub into my prerunner one, i have a press and this would be no problem, can anyone confirm or deny that i can press the manual hub into a prerunner one, ive searched and usually find results of people saying they know someone who knows someone who may have or they think so, sorry if this is a noobish question

If anyone has these parts im really interested i just dont have a ton of money but ill work with you on price
I mainly need the entire manual hub assemble or the whole spindle with the hubs
    http://norfolk.craigslist.org/pts/4358711191.html
It seems the other truck is not going to be a viable option because that person wanted 1225 just for the hubs, differential, cv
And the front left of the truck could be broken beyond repair
