my BMR is 2060, 5'11" at 200 lbs. Mine is so high because my body WANTS to be at 155 lbs lol. I'm naturally skinny, so my body fights me at keeping size on. Just to maintain my current weight, I've got to eat around 3100 cals/day.

Nice! Im going for a run after work. I need to ramp up my cardio for all these races Ive got comming up. Suppose to be 85 degrees today so I skipped the gym this AM.

lol. My weight gain is slowww bc It just hard to eat that many calories without eating fast food every meal and 10 donuts a day...haha

 

Heard that. When bulking, I only eat around 500+ maintenance to make sure I don't gain too much fat and to keep from having to eat crappy food to hit my calories. I pretty much just eat 6 medium-sized meals every 2 hrs and cheat every Saturday. I gain about a lb. a week, while my bodyfat stays the same.

Also, I forgot to tell you, my g/f was looking on my Instagram (not in a psycho way) and was asking who all these random dudes were and I told her they were my TW pals. Of course, she thought it was super ghey lol. She was looking at everyone's pics and saw your wife and told me to tell you she's super fucking jealous lol.

Told ya, man! Greatest place in the world! We're heading to Tampa tomorrow for my Spring Break...I like Florida, but it doesn't have that 'Southern' feel to it like GA does.

I always bitch at her when she's Facebooking/Pintristing/etc. and now she busts my balls for being on TW. Anytime she sees me on here, she goes, "oh, your truck is so cool, faqqot." I just tell her she doesn't understand lol

 

Buhahaha my gf is the same way. She tells me one of these days I'm going to go to a meet with these random TW guys and get raped. And when I do post a gym pic on IG and get a bunch of ghey comments shes like wtf

 

haha I explained meets to my g/f Sunday and she said that was the gheyest thing she's ever heard...your name was the first one she asked about on IG. She clicked your name and saw all the pics of your truck and was like, "omg, ya'll are so ghey."

 

I get shit from all my family for my IG being all my truck haha #zerofucksgiven

and I can neither confirm or deny the fact that I may have just Ig creeped on kevin and his wife to see what zacks gf was talking about

I was super nervouse when I asked my wife. I was like shaking nervous even though I knew she'd say yes.

 

haha I wanted to do something cool, but in no way obvious. She picked the ring out like 2 years ago, and I just got it a few weeks ago, so hopefully she's not on to me. We're going with 2 other couples and we're all really good friends. The girls are notorious for wanting to go take beach pictures at least one afternoon on each vacation and the guys always bitch and complain about it, so I'm gonna just do it in the middle of a picture to get genuine surprise from her. I wanted to ask her on a note and throw it out in a bottle and do a message in a bottle type thing, but with my luck, the bottle would never fucking come to shore, so I'm playing it safe lol

 

x2...I don't wanna jinx myself, but we've been dating for 5 years and have lived together for 3-4, so I think she'll say yes. The worst was asking her dad....I was mortified lol

so I have a question, you know how they say you cant spot burn fat so for most people its stomach fat or love handles. But obviously you can spot turn fat to muscle thats the whole reason everybody bulks. So is it possible that instead of trying to get below 10% bf you could just turn your core fat to muscle with a shit ton of core exercises. Cause im already down to 212lb and still have more stomach fat then I want but am already starting to shrink everywhere else. I dont want a 6 pack just a sold core
