I'm working out possibilities. Best to take the conversation over to the BS thread.

Awesome job with the videos, Max. Thanks for taking the time to upload & post them. I'm not sure I ever want to come down that obstacle again.

I know that Lobster13 was possibly wanting to hit up some stuff east of the city soon? I'll check with him. I am going to try to take a run out west this week sometime.

He's thinking a little Cedro Peak, huh? It's pretty tame out there, but I'm game for another run.

By out "west" I assume you're talking Puerco. Have you heard anything definitive on that one from your counterparts @ RRPD? BCSD? Over the years I still have never been out there in my 4Runner.

    Summer is coming people.

I have plans. Big plans. Get your rigs ready.

Sounds fun to me! I'm game if I can get time off, or its a Sunday. I'm going to the Summit for sure, I know the trails arent hard, but the views are going to be awesome and it would be cool to go at least once.

I've run all the trails they do for that event, except Black Bear and Poughkeepsie. They were still closed when I was up there (too much snow), otherwise I'd have hit 'em.

Like you said, incredible views... I'd do it again in a heartbeat, and my Wife still talks about it to this day. If you run Imogene try to do it East > West... it will be more challenging that way.

What do you have planned????? Yeah the Puerco. I haven't been out there in a long while and am curious about what is going on over there. I actually haven't heard anything from any of my buddies about it out there. I am however thing of possibly talking with BLM and putting on a cleanup day out there to put us in a better light with the officials. As in renting a big dumpster and some trailers and cleaning up a bunch of stuff out there, frames, parts, nails, trash, whatever......

Black Bear Poughkeepsie and Imogene are all awesome. Ran them a few years ago and had a blast. I know it will be more difficult but I really want to run them with the trailer so that we can camp. Plus I want the challange after all thats what I built it for. :D

I might have to join y'all on a few runs this summer. Atleast the northern ones. The desert trails look like a good time but they sure are a long drive to get to for me.

The flywheel still needs to be done but can still make runs without doing it. Not setup for overnighters yet but starting to eye camping gear. Probably takling the flywheel last week of March or first week of April.

Fred was posting about a run south of Socorro but i haven't seen anything on it lately.

New to ABQ and would love to get down on some runs with you guys. My 3rd Gen 4runner is stock for all intensive purposes, but I am working on that as fast as my wallet will allow. But my 4x4, e-locker and experience should allow me to hang somewhat. Hope to join you guys on the next one if you dont mind!

Meh, a sleeping bag and a cheap foam pad and you will be fine. Throw in a tarp in case it rains.

Yes, but the cheap foam pad has to be the right cheap foam pad. ;)

Probably making a visit to REI soon.
