why I never committed a cut, and I keep my SIG 40 under my bed. Low lying bed, easy to grab. DAK so I am a little hesitant to keep it under the pillow.

Shit, someone link me, I have yet to IG it up.
Me too, last time I went to jail, yes I went more then once, my Mom found some silver lining. At least I wont have to worry about you being taking advantage of.......best part is one guy in the holding cell looked at me and said "you lift huh?" I replied with "yeup, bench 225 and squat the same." No issues the rest of the day. :)

Gonna be running this sprint at 160, the heaviest I've been...

But the +10lbs since the last one seems pretty clean, I'm not sure what BF I'm at but running 4 miles a day has helped

I usually do chest and tri's on Tuesday, but since we're leaving for the beach tomorrow and this will be my only lifting session for the week, I went with arms! Gotta get em pumped for the beach! I switched it up and did super sets and they're freaking pumped!

supersets (all 3 sets of around 10-15):

standing barbell skullcrushers/standing barbell curl - 65 lbs.
    rope pushdowns/rope curls - 180 lbs for tri's/90 lbs. for bi's
non weighted dips to max (20,20,18,15)/70 lb. preacher curls

Them bitches are pumped to 16.75''!

Seat covers, weather tech digi fit, bug deflector, plasti dip wheels, magnaflow muffler, and many more to come!.. as soon as i get money. Ill probably go broke typing this...
I dont use a squat belt unless I go above 315 for set of 10. Get you a set of knee wraps for sure tho! Wish I would have bought them a long time ago. Squat belts help once the weight is so heavy you truly need some abdominal pressure to help you lift the weight. So for you, until you start lifting bigger weight, I would say "No." Perform all exercises with perfect form and you should not need a belt. Don't try and jump up in weight to much. pace yourself and your body. Eat big, lift big, get big. Bro. ha
