Kill the CSAPs with fire!

Plus our teachers always got real mean during them.

 

It is because so much is at stake. The results are half of your yearly evaluation and if kids talk or disrupt it can be filed as a misadministration and can cost you your job, not to mention if a class of 30 is considered misadministered, those scores are set to zero and that is what shows up on your eval!!! Like the kids never even took the test. We (teachers) are not fans either but since it affects us so much, and it is mandatory, we have to be strict.

 

That is cause they know their ass is on the line.

Yeah and try knowing that a bunch of 8th graders who don't care about anything but their cell phone or the boy/girl they like are going to take a 6-day test that doesn't affect their grade but it affects whether or not I can feed my family.

 

Yeah I can imagine that the snow is horribly unstable right now with all of the temperature fluctuations and this damn rain/snow mix.

 

I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.

 

yeah not to mention it was 50degrees this past weekend in the mountains. I think this new storm is supposed to bring in a bit of wind too which plays a factor!

i hope its nice again this weekend, im ready to install my t case skid!

I bet their patrol guys are taking advantage of an awesome training opportunity.

 

the patrol was who set the avalanche off hours, just look at the depth of some of those snow chunks though, holy crap you would never find anyone in that mess!!

 

HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!

 

My favorite avalanche triggering story was when I was in Utah they overshot their mark and went over the mountain and blew up somebodies house. Nobody got hurt and the house was pretty screwed up. Utah always has the weirdest accidents.

We lived near a highway and were standing outside one evening and heard somebody crash into one of those blinky arrow construction signs...and then somebody hit it a second time.

 

They just have too many polygamist mormons running around

 

That might just be a good idea. I wonder if they make small ones I can fit in the truck.
