So i was driving to work this morning and when i came to a normal stop at a light my traction control light, abs and parking brake light all came on? Never had this issues before and my truck has not had a mod in over a year. Everything still worked fine and i could stop. I shut it off and that cleared the problem all the lights work when they are supposed to now. Also it was pouring rain here for a week now but i checked all my fluids and everything was fine and dry?

There's lot of reasons the ABS / VSC system would log a fault code and turn the warning lights on, you'd have to read the codes. Since the code has gone inactive and the lights are now out, it might not be a big deal, though if it were mine, I'd probably retrieve the fault info for peace of mind.

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/318614-electrical-issue-abs-issue.html

Another recent thread on the same topic, and it contains info of retrieving the fault code via a "blink code" on the dash light. It most likely isn't the same failure though.;)

Mine throws those lights when any speed sensor get unplugged or isn't reading. Did you still have speedo? The rear will take away the speedometer.

but it all goes off after i shut the truck off as well and i drove it later tonight and it didnt come on. Its just the traction control light with the tire marks the abs and the parking brake light that come on and stay on until i shut it off.

Sounds to me like you have a short or loose wire on one of your sensors. Most of the time it reads fine, but when the ECU doesn't see a sensor for a split second, it throws up all the lights and codes.

also this morning i started the truck and was looking under the hood for anything out of place on the abs. No light on then when i shut the hood they turned on. so i tried it again and when i shut the hood it did it again....im assuming a loose wire somewhere.

Check the relay that is under the hood in that fuse block? If you pull it you can turn ABS off. Maybe it is loose.

Then take it in and show them for the warranty.

    Don't touch it.
    Don't pull relays
    Don't pull fuses.
Take it in and have it checked.
    Lots of reasons for this.
    Some simple some not.
Don't do something that will cause a false reading or code that can send someone down a wrong repair path.

Great advice. If you're not going to read the blink codes with the info I posted, then follow this advice.

so i had a severed wire above the rear differential that corroded and fell apart thats why my lights were coming on. They also did the tsb fan blower motor. Idk how the wire got severed but they fixed it all up and clean now. love warranty.
