Ridiculously awesome....yeah, I know they'd be out of proportion with the rest of me. Hopefully, if I ever do get to 17-18", the rest of my body will have grown, too...only an inch to go until 17"!

ha definitely not worth it! That's why I bulk slow. I at least want a 2 pack all the time lol

You saying that cause I'm black? Races.

Nah, as hard as I have tried to change....still a vegetarian.

But I did see one of those frilly nilly "black people are scary" white girls walking to her car the other day. I ask her if she wanted me to walk her to her car since it was pretty much on the way to where I was going and she pretty much told me to f of or else I'll call the cops on me.

I'm not even 'that black'...maybe milk chocolate on a tan day. Scary black people :goingcrazy:

Yep. My shoulders and chest make a good 'V' coming from my waist, but then my arms just droop down like strings...my g/f says they're fine and in proportion....I guess it's just the Dom effect of feeling forever small

Chest every day? You do hit other body parts, too, right? How long have you been lifting? I think, after a while, hitting chest every time you're in the gym will hinder your gains. Muscles grow when recovering and the chest needs at least 4-5 days, if you're lifting hard enough.

Also, what supplements you taking? I've never taken anything that boosted my bench 110 lbs in 8 months...might be n00b gains, which isn't a bad thing. Enjoy them while they last......of course, there are some supplements out there that yield these kinds of results, although they're usually bought in gym locker rooms.

Damn, man....I'm jealous. You are sitting at my ideal weight and bodyfat. I'm at 201 lbs., as of yesterday. I wanna get up to about 220 and cut like hell.

Do you know how I got these scars...?

Lol I wish I had your build. I'm guessing my cut will take me sub 215 so I will be lighter than you and still 3 in taller. We'll see. Never know till I do it.
