Our Tech just got one for his AR. Personally I like it more than my EoTech, I'll probably be swapping for one.

For the aimpoint pro, the only negative thing that I would think would be batteries. They have a shorter life then the M4 that uses AA's. You can go to their website and it will tell you how long the battery life is on each model.

lol. What are you doing here? I work on base as well, Mobility/Pilot issue

I think he forgot to quote me.

I had one for my ak.. Only negative thing was hard to find batteries. It does have a blue tint to the lens... Finding orange objects was a bit difficult other than that it was a solid optic

looks sweet... I really like that pic, as people going on with their biz while a "dangerous rifle" lurks behind them. And everyone is safe.

They better watch out though, keep your back turned for too long and it just might kill everyone....

I have one on my AR, although I haven't even been able to sight it in yet. Not sure what you mean about hard to find batteries? I just ordered 3 spares off Amazon for $13 shipped, didn't have an issue finding them.

I think he means just being able to walk into a store and find the batteries there

CVS and other pharmacies should have them, they're regular button cell lithium watch batteries.

CVS has a shit ton of different button batteries, I was quite surprised when I went looking for some. That's the first place that's going to be picked over in a civil emergency.

I went to Cvs, Walgreens, and a watch shop. They didn't have it. I ended up finding a few at an electronics hobby store. I bought 4-5 of them.
