    This and he's lucky there were no males, b/c I'm willing to bet the fight would have been on
    Edit: U cannot use deadly force in CO to protect ur property...so, unless dbag said something along the lines of "I'm going to kill u, gtfo" etc, and the victim can justify he/she was in fear for their life, it may be questioned...
    Then again, he was being chased for kidnapping, eluding, warrants, etc so that may be overseen?

    hmmm, would a car jacking with no weapon be enough to pull a firearm, probably not.

    did anyone else watch the video and be like, that dude is on some kind of drug though!!! when he got out of the mini van, then got back in to stop the vehicle from moving, got back out and ran around in a circle and then decided to get back into the mini van and take off i was like WOAH this guy is tweekin

    I agree if there was any weapon or something that could kill me then yep damn straight its on but none of those elements were used to car jack in this case
