    That's some beard...

    Well thanks, gents.

I'm curious about that FBI study. At 21 feet is the opponent already moving or does he start stationary, and is the knife already out or not?
I'd be interested to read it, if you've got a link...

Funny, with how fat we all are I'd have thought we'd slowed down....

don't have a link for it, but if just google 21 foot rule or something along those lines you'll get tons of articles covering the topic.

Where are all the Arizona peeps at?

I know it's popular there and would see it often when I would visit.

Personally I would never feel comfortable enough to do it myself. I did have a buddy who would have an Open Carry barbeque once a year. It was really cool to put on your "Sunday Best" holster and go have some ribs.

Pa is a oc state and we are fairly liberal about guns but i havent really seen anyone oc'ing. Its crazy easy to get a ccl so that might be the case. $20 bucks some paperwork and about 3 weeks is all it takes. I personally dont and wouldnt oc in public.

Yeah its extremely rare, you wont be able to find more than a couple incidences if you search.

Also, if more people were OCing, then the crimes probably wouldnt happen. Yeah a criminal may take on a single OCer, but thats not gonna happen if theres multiple OCers.

For sure, whatever you prefer, I just dont like seeing the same old myths about OC over and over again.

In Lincoln the guys I know who tried to open carry got called in and were told they were disturbing the peace. So since they can't technically tell you you can't OC, they can respond to and give a ticket for disturbing the peace (scaring ignorant people).

They need to double down then. Exercise your rights or you will lose them.
