Sounds like my afternoon..

 

One of my peers - a Store manager was fired a year or so ago from HD. about a month afterwards I went to the local Wawa for a breakfast sandwich - she was the one who handed me the sandwich. -_-

 

I had my boss call me from the first job I had in my career and tried to get me back after I left over two years from that point. I leave a damn good impression and I hated that job.

 

where did everybody go?

 

Nothing interesting to post about I assume. Kind of nice to not have a whole extra amount of BS. I'm looking forward to getting some work done this weekend. Getting the truck closer and closer to be ready for RC. I'll feel more comfortable on trails with sliders.

I may take a grinder to my rear bumper this weekend just to get rid of the really sharp rusty edges.

 

Scooping tons of clay off the underside of my truck, that's where.

 

have you contacted RC and let them know about how many of us are coming? Just ordered my wire harness for my lightforce lights and my BAMF light bar mount still have to paint and mount my sliders before RC

 

I haven't but I feel like I remember someone saying they did? You know what's the most disappointing thing about off road lights? You barely get to use them.

 

Just an FYI to people going to RC... if you use "TW" as your group and someone gets caught breaking the rules they ban the whole group from entry for life depending on the rule broken......

Moral of the story - we never used "TW" as our group.

 

On my drive through NC the other night, I got to drive with all my lights on for like 100+ miles. I was so happy My spot lights are horribly aimed, but man they really throw light. I can't wait to get my bumper bar on too. The bright little blob in the left is the spot lights, both kind of aimed in that spot. I'm also thinking of throwing 3k HIDs in there instead of the 5k's that I have currently. Also working on a new switch panel so I can control the lights independently.



You guys think I should just bolt the thing through my stock bumper still my SW comes? I wanted to keep the stock one in case I sell it or anything and I dont know if the holes drilled for the light bar would annoy a potential buyer. I should probably just be patient, but I want more light...

And Zak be patient and save your stock front bumper from holes, it's not like you don't have the power of the sun already...

 

Yeah thats kind of what I figured, but You'd be surprised. That LED bar doesn't throw very far and the one that I have waiting to go on is an 8* spot pattern which will hopefully be able to throw further down the road. I almost killed a few deer on this trip. I'm just impatient

 

Anyone have stock 2nd gen wheels?

 

Getting ready for rausch learning what I can and can't get away with with the sliders. Very happy that I went with the kickouts, it's cool feeling the ass end getting shoved away from danger. Completely unnatural feeling purposely sideswiping a tree with a truck that's just over a year old though haha

Fuck this fucking company I ordered my POR-15 from. They sent me only a bottle of metal etcher the first time. I reported the problem and were like okay we'll fix it! Just got another bottle of metal ready.
