What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I like how you did your TRD on the grill. where did you get your pattern for it or how did you do it?

They're not black on the Tx pros...it's the same smoked as the SRs

Is this what you meant about the seat belt chime? Don't know if it'll work on your 13, but it does on my 09. Good luck.

Nice dude! I have a similar setup, love the buttons to, I've been causing some laughs because of it as well.

 

Today I changed out the Drive belt, Oil Change, Air filter, Checked idler pulley bearings and found a couple bad ones. Ordering new bearings for it as of now. Have a 119,387 original miles on it. Going good so far.

 

Installed some LED fog light projector replacements:

 

Should have made mounts instead of cutting up the bumper cover! Super easy to do

 

Where'd you get the mirror with the two screens?

 

I I did the grill insert I made with black plastidip along with the surround.
Then I made the Trd stencil. I got a Trd pic of Google.
Then opened In paint separated the letters enlarged them to be almost a full page. (To keep them the same enlarge at the same rate)
Made each almost a full page cleaned up he edges and printed.
Regular paper would be to thin so after making sure it was the size I wanted I printed it on a Manila folder half.
Lined it all up and taped together.
Overlay and spray.
Only tough part was the center of the D left half inch top and bottom then touched up those spots after.

I still have the cleaned up paint files so if you want them pm me with an email and I can send them too you.

OEM through Camelback Toyota (vendor here at TW). I believe if you search "grille" within Jorge's discount thread, you will find the link to the grille. I think it was 186 OTD, shipped.

Not today, but......it counts. Dealer installed my Supercharger yesterday. Ill baby it for the first 100miles...if I can wait that long.

 

Took the plunge and blacked out the emblems

 

Dealership just called and left a voicemail wanting to buy back my tacoma.

 

This has happened to me too. I am wondering if it is some sort of scam to get you into a newer truck...
