I normally camp in the lot off of huff. easier on the motorhome and the kids like the little track.

Oh good deal Chris hopefully you will finally get full resolution, I still have my stock front fenders if you need minus the flares think I still have all the front bumper stuff too.

I asked myself this also, Should be getting a bumper from Tyler here shortly (once they are done being made) and wanted to use my stock witch for the Rigid Dually fogs

Great, so that means I can bug you when I get mine

Side note, are the dually's for off-road use only? I ask because I LOVE having the extra light when driving at night that my fogs provide.

For fogs or headlights? With the bumper im getting I dont think the stock fogs fit anymore.

 

So.......Legally I cant use them on road, I am just asking for the safety aspect of blinding other drivers. Dont want to be "That Guy" that drivers around with off road LEDs haha

 

Well if that other guy you are worried about blinding is a cop coming towards you, you will get a ticket. Just convert your fogs to HID if you want/need more light.

 

Lemme provide back story as this will probably help with my question. I am getting a bumper from Tyler and will not be able to use my stock headlights anymore (they wont fit) So, going to run some Dually's. I see that they have Driving, Diffused, Spot, Flood and Wide. Which (If any) can I use will driving on roads at night? If I cant use any of them that's fine, just looking for more info from someone that might have this setup already

None of the versions are DOT approved. So you can't use any of them legally.

 

Must have some lawyers in here haha, I don't care if they are legal or not, and ill pay the ticket when/if I get one with no complaints. Strictly wanting to know how bright they are. I know running around with a 20" light bar on wont fly but the Dually's?

 

I know a guy on the forum drove with just his dually's or d2's for a while, he aimed them down and to the center and he said he never got hassled, but he lives in the Carolina's.
