    I tried hitting it and blowing in it. It almost sounds as if the disk isn't spinning so it just says disk unreadable.

    My 360 is on it's way out too. Tray won't stay in sometimes, put disk in, close it, and it opens back up.

    Too many cats sitting on it to stay warm I'd guess.
