spoke with one of the hotel managers told them what we were going down their for and he said he would help out as much as he could depending on the amount of rooms we get, even willing to have something for us as a miny happy hour at their bar, so if you are thinking of getting a room lets all stay at the same hotel so we can party and have a blast, nice hotel, big pool, good bar, secure parking and couple of minutes away from the vendor location and from PB, still waiting on a couple of other hotels to get back to me with what they can offer us, but Sheraton is winning so far, here are their websites, take a look and let me know which one if you are interested in staying with us looks more appealing

$119. per room per night, (single or double)
NO parking charge
NO internet charge
Miny Happy hour $100 worth of alcohol and also appetizers for our group
and depending on our group size she might be able to get us a Shuttle to PB for Sat. night, the Engage Crew will be staying their for sure, their is secure parking so thats perfect since were Trailoring the race truck down, if you are interested just call the sheraton @ (619)260-0111 and let them know you are booking a room for Tacoberwest 09, they will give you this great rate, thats how simple it is, if you have any problems call the shop....909-238-6788 and i will get ahold of her to straighten anything out....come on lets all stay at the same Hotel to party our a$$ off

Sorry for the late reply guys, this week has been hectic.. ok so below you will find the layout for the vendor day and also the last and final mock up of the T-shirt. There were some adjustments that had to be made and they are finally going to print.. With that note, is there anyone that would prefer a black shirt as apposed to gray? (those that have already paid)
