that's one of the breweries i stopped at in colorado. i LOVE the old chub scotch ale. great company too! they hire local special needs people to make some of their less detailed stuff - like the gimmes for handing out at fairs/rodeos/tastings...

That's awesome, good for them :)

The scotch ale is pretty darn good. my favorite is the imperial, but the sweetness of the scotch is great on a hot day.

New Belgium didnt have any openings that I could make it too and going to Denver itself was not a good idea since the pass to there was covered in snow so I Didn't get to make it to any of the famous brewery's while here. But I am bringing beer back! I did manage to make it a few Bristol was probably my favorite for the Trip but odell wins on taste

That's what I'm thinking about having for breakfast, actually. I'm tumbling downstairs in a little bit to make some biscuits with sausage and egg but no cheese.

Yessir. That & the prosciutto-wrapped asparagus Lady made for lunch yesterday is going to be fantastical. I've seen on Food Network a recipe for wrapping melon in prosciutto. Looks promising.
