Any one have a recommendation for a sand blaster in the Boulder/Denver area?

I have four alloy wheels I want to paint right. Want to sand blast them first. And I'm hoping to not spend out the wazoo.

I'm curious as well, how much is sandblasting and painting some wheels usually?

I'm going to rattle can them, so painting them will be cheap :)

I just want a nice surface to begin with.

Does anyone know if a 2 inch wheel spacer is too big for the stock offroad rims?

    too big? nope...

it may be more than necessary though and just put additional unnecessary stress on your bearings.

Thank you guys, think I will go with 1.25". Now I need to see if I can find them in a red close to my truck color.

The spidertrax are $100 per pair, I think I will look around a bit.

Spidertrax are probably the best you can get as well IMO.

Mike - How quickly do you need them? I will have a set of 4 Spidertrax 1.25" spacer up for sale the end of April and can make you a good deal on them. I believe they are $100 for a set of 2 new. Personally they are the only brand of spacer I would run.

I got mine through All Pro for a bit cheaper. They were silver instead of blue as well.

See my other post but in regards to the cost... you are paying for quality craftsmanship and the best hub-centric spacer on the market. Given the horror stories I have heard about spacers coming loose and falling off (other brands) I would only trust these. Mine have been on for 6 years with ZERO problems!

Damn, I was hoping that Toytec was open for at least a few hours on Saturday or Sunday in case I am able to make it to the trail run this weekend I was going to pick up the AALs for my dakar leaf packs. How the hell am I supposed to get to Toytec on a week day before 5 if I work until 4 every day in FoCo? I really don't want to pay for shipping.

I also wanted to hear again what you guys keep in the truck for spare parts. I have a CV axle, inner and outer tie rod ends and fluids. I guess I need to look for U joints but can't think of what else. What I probably SHOULD do is look at the tools I need to install those parts and make sure I have those in my toolbox too!
