Maybe try taking the FK29 out? I have the 885x's and Dakars with nothing to compensate for the new angles from lifting and have no vibrations. I would try the FK29 off and see if the vibration worsens or gets better.

Just want to make sure I have this correct. if I get 885s and billies set at 0 i will have 3" of lift and a smooth ride. if I get 884 and billies set at .85 the i still get 3" but the ride is stiffer slightly due to pre-laoded coil.

Also it seems like i could still drive without new UCAs but I would probably want them installed asap.

You wont get 3" out of 884s even with it preloaded.

    Too few to list.
Try the idea above first taking out the FK29 spacer out. If that doesn't work, the next stop are axle shims. I'd start with 2% and test having them on/off with the FK29.

Also for a DCLB, you won't get 3" from 885 alone. You will need the top plates/spacers. Also at 3" you will most likely need after market UCA's. It's 2.5" and below that is a hit or miss with stock UCA's.

884's will get you about 2" on DCLB
885's will get about 2.5" on DCLB

If you can wait, just save your money and buy and put everyting on in one shot. If you are 2wd, 3" lift on the front is ideal. As for the rear, try to get a full leaf pack or at least the icon progressives as just adding an add a leaf, it's super stiff.

Took the FK29 spacer out and the vibration was slightly better. That spacer is 1/4" and also goes with the 885's which give a little more lift than the 884's. Is it dumb to think going with a couple washers at about 1/8" might be the ticket? I guess it never hurts to try it.

The camber doesn't seem too bad , just really low caster , did you not get UCA's ?
