If that was my truck I would be hoping the insurance company would total it. About 2 weeks after my father-in-law bought a new Tacoma his wife crashed it. 9K damage on a 13K truck. Now it looks like a piece of shit because the body shop paint was inferior to the OEM.

Please let us all know how the insurance handles this for you, any one of us could find our selves in your position. Sorry for your headache. Do the doors and hood open and close properly? If so, and the windows can be replaced, assuming the ins. company totals it, someone could have a good running truck cheap. Ugly, but cheap.

There isn't one inch of straight flat metal on the hood, roof, or entire passenger side. Probably won't "buff right out".

If they do total it I'm thinking V8 power 4Runner. This was my 2nd Taco, and I love everything about it except the low rpm grunt from the v6. I want to run 285's and pull my fishing boat with minimal effort.

    We will see.

    Supercharger? :D

I dunno, the new 4runners just don't do it for me. It's like they wanted to bring a little of the tacoma's look into them but then botched it completely.
