Flaps or sliders?

Im sick and tired of getting rock chips in my rocker panels! So Im trying to decide whether I should just get some mud flaps that are smaller then stock ones, or go with some nerf bars or sliders. Some appinions please?

 

we'll all say go with sliders, but since its rocks being slung up there.....get some decent mud flaps.....or cut the stock ones to the size you like.

 

yeah, I think I might just do that... If I can find them.
I actually think I got rid of them... Were is a good place to get some descent ones?

try ebay and craigslist....i have seen them there.

I just did a google search, and found some good ones at carstuff.com
I will try them out and see If I like them, but the reason I took them in the first place was bc I didnt like the way they looked. Maybe if I make them shorter it would look better.
