I ordered my first tacoma today!
2010 Black, sport with leather, with manual transmission.

The arrival date is unknown at this point. It should be in my possession in november (or sooner).

And im a new member of tacoma world. Thanks in advance for responding and or advice down the road.

When i was in the dealership i thought i saw that the X-Runner is being taken out of production. Hope im wrong, that was a nice truck.

I have a 09 Tacoma on the way. The expected delivery date is 8/18. Does Toyota do a good job at keeping the delivery dates?

the price was based on 2009 model (the 2010 sapposely costs $500 more which they let slide).
    manual with leather = $37000
if i would have went without leather = $35000
the dealership i dealt with sells vehicles based on toyota.ca pricing.
Of course after the cost of vehicle theres still more money needed
my grand total after its all said in done = $44000 (includes everything inluding rust proofing, upgraded warrenty, deliverry, etc) OUCH.
-not sure if rust proofing was necessary but figured why not. and factory warrenty is good enough but i hope to keep this vehicle forever :D

I never looked elsewhere to purchase it, wanted to stick with a place clost to home.

and JGOOD, congrats on your purchase, and if they got an exact day then thats given based on delivery truck shedule prob, so it should be on time, unless that date was given to you a long time ago.... (just my opinion)

    Oh. My. God.

    $44000 CA? That's about $40600 US.

I loaded my 09 with about everything you can put on it besides the supercharger and still had the MSRP at $36700 US. I actually paid $32500 US.

Please tell me this new Taco of yours is fully loaded and blown?

they said its standard pricing lol.
