I bet. I have a co-worker who worked in KC and raves about Oklahoma Joe's.

Is there now a BBQ joint as well? I've just been to the main dine-in restaurant off 35. Good steak but Lord Almighty was it pricey. A little too proud of their meat IMHO.

By far the best slab of meat I've ever consumed was at Phil's Tara Hideaway in Stillwater, MN. I still have dreams about that filet. A few others have come to mind, especially a few in Mexico, but I think Tara's is the best.

Found this stalagmite yesterday while working on the snorkel. This formed under the intake drain hole. je7e9uhe_e87775e0fb67144d9edc01ec4049bb6b0261ddad.jpg
