    I'm interested.. Right now I've got a 3/4" piece of plywood I covered with that speaker carpet stuff. It does fine, but this seems pretty cool.

    Would have to have some sort of price though. Any chance of having fewer holes? I understand having it gridded, but I think it would look better if there were just some solid parts to it.

    I don't know what option changes it, but some double cabs have the integrated sub on the passenger side that you can't really remove as easily as the storage bins I think.

    What is the width of the sub woofer boxes you guys use?

    Right now my panel is 48 3/4" wide. Would a 30" wide panel work? Wider or narrower?

    I will quickly model it up in CAD and post a pic.

    It might be easier to base the measurements off the individual OEM storage boxes. A lot of guys who have aftermarket stereo systems that with utilize one complete side of the 60/40 set up with a sub (or some variation of that).
