    hello everyone dont know much about tires and rims can someone tell me if nankang mudstar 265/75 r16 will fit on my stock rims? i have a 2013 regular cab 4x4 with 245/75 r16 stock tires and a 3" lift. thanks

    lifted, gear-swap, grill,tint,wheels-tires. arb locker, rabestos brakes.
    yes they will fit,,, the first number on a tire is the height of a tire,, the 2nd number is the with.. the 3rd number is the hole diameter or rim size.. the final number is somewhat the most important.. you cannot put a 16 in tire in a 17 inch wheel.. vise versa.. however even though you can put those tires on your wheels,, u will need a more experienced taco owner to let you know if they will fit on a stock taco... mine is lifted so I do not know how large of a tire fits on a stock unit.. hope that helps...

    Complete OME kit w/ 881's and dakars. All-Pro Sliders, CB, HAM Radio and various other minor stuff.
    Your new tire size is basically a 31x10.5 tire. They can go on a wheel as wide as 10" and as narrow as 8" or more. You most likely have an 8" wide wheel so you're GTG.

    ok great. the data i got from google was the mudstar was one inch wider than my stock ones. they were boths 16s tho.

    was confident if they fit on the rim they would fit on the truck just was unsure about the width.

    and i guess nobody has anything bad to say about the mudstars? one of the cheaper mud tire i could find...

    I have been considering 265/75s, too. My only concern is width--I haven't measured the gap between the top of the tire and the suspension yet. I know it is too narrow for tire chains on the front. If there is a width problem, that is where I would expect it to show.

    You won't have any problems even at stock height, I run them in the summer on O/R wheels with no issues ( 245/75/16 on steelies in the winter).
