    BOOM! This was this morning right out of bed... Almost a 17! Dominant arm though... Right arm still lags about 1/2" behind.

    Eat more real food. Mass gainers "work" but real food allows you to not be dependent.

    Heck, u could up ur fats and get more in from pure sources that aren't filling..

    The gym my brother works at has an awesome triceps press machine (like dips)....but besides that and the ab machine, I never really touch them :p

    im fine on high protein diets, it's those high carb days where i let myself go on them dirty carbs, no joke i shit like 8 times maybe more.
