    Im using a mass gainer now and it sucks. its 3 massive scoops of powder... I break it down into 3 shakes a day otherwise Id puke everywhere...


    Eat pasta...lots of pasta with ground beef. add coconut oil or olive oil to your noodles to up the fat. whole milk. Nuts. Oats.

    Ive heard, stretch out and increase your range of motion :cool:
    I try and foam roll every day too

    The better coast
    more of stretching before you workout. Theory is you stretch the tendon and get increased ROM but then when you go yo do a lift the tendon stretched farther than normal resulting on a loss of strength till your tendons tighten back up.

    But you should stretch out after you workout and at night and what not.

    It's the warmup v stretch out debate.

    Well, vacation was a success. I'm officially engaged :woot: the bad news is I lost 3 lbs :( I'm pretty sure I ate like 3 solid meals per day, compared to my usual 7. 5 days without the gym and losing 3 lbs will definitely make you depressed lol.

    Anyway, I tried to go back to where I left off in here, but it's like 15 pages of shit lol. Anything exciting happen?!

    felt like a beast this morning when I got to the gym...left very dissapointed...

    went back after work for redemption and felt much better!



    what percentage of your guys workouts end dissapointing?? I have a shitty workout a couple times a month:eek:

    I feel you man esp on squat days. Somedays 405 goes up like 315 some days 405 feels like 495. It a mostly in my head I think or how I slept the night before
