ok guys. sorry for a repeat thread. But im due for tires soon and i am looking for an all terrain tire. i do mainly roads and not much offroad at all, but the little bit i do is the occasional trail. i have read reviews on tires from previous threads, but i would like updates on what people think about their tires now after having experience with them. i would like something that looks fairly aggressive. i have the goodyear wrangler duratrac now because thats what came on it. I like them but i would like a little smoother ride. i have a 06 taco 4x4 trd offroad. any suggestions would be great. thanks and sorry again for the repeat thread.

I can't speak on any other tires, but I have Firestone Destinations and love em. They get good reviews and sound like exactly what you're looking for... Fairly aggressive, good AT tire all around, and smooth ride

I have Cooper Discoverer ATP's. My driving habits are similar to yours, mostly paved roads with occasional trips on hunting trails and logging roads. I'm pleased with their performance and they have a 55,000 mile treadwear rating.

    Good luck.

I'm running terra grapplers. Quiet on road, never got stuck yet, but I don't do anything serious just light trails

For your driving I would do the BFG A/Ts. Not loud on the road, good for off road, and great tread life! Right now I have Goodyear Duratracs but they're a little louder on the road and have less tread life... They do awesome off road though!

On my Taco I had 33" Duratrac MTRs and enjoyed the aggressive look, and the fact I never had issues with them..even while snow bashing...noise level was minor and only when it rained...

As others mentioned, I would also look into Coopers....I currently have TOYO Open Country M/T's...no complaints...yet.

Thanks everyone for your input. My email notification wasn't going off and I didn't realize anyone had wrote back. Sorry for the delay. I appreciate everyones input and I think I have narrowed it down to the BFG All Terrain and the Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac's. I have those now and love them and they way they seem to perform on and offroad. Expensive but they're nice. I like the aggressive look because it matches the look of my truck well. So any input on the BFG and the Duratrac's would be great. Pros and cons of each. I've never had the BFG's so I don't know anything about them...except what I've read on TW. Both seem to be great tires. Just want the best tire for the money. Both tires are close to the same price. Thanks in advance for any input you all have!
