Yes took care of the squeal!! It was getting real annoying in traffic, my dealer also gave no gripes about taking care of it. Even though I knew about the TSB I didn't mention as I wanted to see how they would handle things. They did have to order the parts to complete the job which took about 4days to get in.

Nice. That squeal was definitely annoying and embarrassing! I didn't mention about the TSB either but my dealer knew about it and didn't give me any problems. They ordered it this morning and will be in tomorrow.

Well I went to install HID's and when I pulled the rubber boot off that surrounds the Stock bulb I broke the plastic clip that holds the metal wire thing that hold the bulb in .. I guess I need a new headlight housing.
For now I have the rubber boot holding the bulb in place.
Is this a common break? Has anyone else broke that piece?

Maybe I'll get the blacked out headlamp assembly's..

Happened to my stock headlights. I put a screw in the square hole and used the head of the screw to hold the metal bracket down

ummm fucked up a few things......lol

so driver side headlight went out last night. ok cool i’ll get new ones. so went and got new ones today sylvania silver star ultras is what i got to put in. ok so i got the driver side done. go do the passenger can’t do more than unplug it, so i unbolt the washer fluid tank and move it out of my way the best i can.(it’s about 3/4 full and i did not have anything i could drain it into) well i BROKE the old bulb trying to get it out. all the glass ended up INSIDE the headlight housing. just my fucking luck!! so i had to take the grill and headlight housing out and shake all the glass out. oh that one bolt above the fog is the worst Pain in the ASS! i did not put it back in!! lol. got everything back to gather and i think all is good. get home and get out the truck just to look at it all. the damn marker/parking light on passenger side dose not work......so now tomorrow i have to deal with that... thats the only thing that dose not work as far as lighting goes, so i think it maybe the bulb or plug.

edit: here is the glass from the bulb inside the headlight....

Shit my pants pretty good.. :crapstorm:

Today we got about 6 inches of snow, after the weather predicted about 1-3. So i didn't get a chance to pull my truck in the driveway last night so it would be out of the way for the plows, plusssss didn't really think there would be plows. So of course i got plowed in, but thats not a big deal bc it wasn't really a lot of snow. So later i was driving to class and as i was going down the road my steering wheel started staking like crazy and the truck was bouncing around. It honesty felt like my tires were gonna fall off. So i pulled into a gas station to look, and i found the problem. Since the plows came by and pushed the snow up to my wheels, the snow and as the day went on, ice, got packed into my rim on the bottom. I guess the weight of the snow on my front and back rim made the truck wanna turn that way or something idk? in the end everything was fine after i cleared the snow out :woot:
