I have a 2013 Double cab PreRunner 2wd with a 4cyl. Go ahead and laugh. "You want to lift a 2wd 4cyl? What a dummy!" Yes I want to lift it.
I'm 16 and I got the truck from my parents so i'm not complaining, I'm happy i got a brand new truck.
At the end of this semester, my parents say if I bring home a good enough report card, they will lift my truck. With that said, and trying not to sound snobby, money is not really a concern with my setup. It's just a matter of whether I earn it or not with good grades and such.
I want a 4-5 inch and a drop bracket is not a problem with me because it's not like I'll be doing much crawling or anything here in Georgia; just some mudding and such with my buddies. But with that said, the truck will be on the road probably 90% of the time.
    So to sum it up:
    I want a 4-5 inch lift that's compatible with a 2wd 4cyl. I will be running 295's or 285's with 18" wheels.

^this. You can get 4 inches of lift without a drop bracket with a spindle lift.

Are there any really good kits I could get all these at one time? And what shocks would be appropriate for a 4cyl since its a lighter engine?

Shit it should be keep good grades and you get to keep the truck. I would have s hard time letting my parants pay for everything.

Spindles since your 2wd. Somebody more knowledgeable can chime in about those. Bilsteins or OME for shocks...but if you're saying price isn't a problem, King/Icon/Fox...take your pick. And Alcan or Deaver can build you a custom pack I'm pretty sure.

But real talk, are you not concerned about power? Or lack of?

Yeah I'm absolutely concerned with amount of power. That's why im sticking with 4 instead of a full 6 inch with 35's. Is there a quality difference in King/Icon/Fox?

Maybe look into a regear too then. The differences between the three have been hotly debated over this site. Just search and you'll find. It does seem like King is most popular here with Icons in second if you ask me though. Icon has a rep on here too.

All three are top notch guys. However, there is a difference between the three. Icon uses digressive valving. It's a bit stiffer at first, but when you go faster speeds, it smoothes out. King and Fox uses progressive valving, which is the opposite stated above. It's smooth at first but when you go faster, it starts to stiffen up.

Could I not just get get some Icon/Camburg/Fox/King shocks and coilovers, then add a 1" spacer?
