    took ambien once and it worked great. lunesta worked but i would wake up with a metalic taste in my mouth. tylenol pm's....
    not a druggie....I can never sleep at night. toss and turn...thinking about work,friends,woman,family...somethings always on my mind. i can never just zone out and sleep
