I would have no idea where to start...

Manual machines are the best for making one of a kind parts anyway!
Especially since its nearly impossible to make two things that are totally identical on it

 

Thanks! Master Iven can hook you up with that for sure! I have a gaping hole in the center of the wheel where the cheap plastic XD cover goes. I liked it better without the cover...but then the hole. So after talking with Iven, we conjured up building a center cap and then doing a recess in the center to put the TRD logo. I contemplated going with a Toyota chrome badge, but it doesn't look as agressive

 

or....the same parts with different measurements.

I just used a huge magnaflow muffler to cut down the rasp on mine. Muffler case is 2 feet long. Definitely not loud like a 44. My old flowmasters had rusted out baffles in two years. My past two vehicles I've went with magnaflow because of the stainless construction, I've been happy with them so far. You should just install a resonator before the muffler like Miles said.

So was the URD worth the $$$ and the hassle to install? And are they painted red now? Ahaha..

we had to take half is truck apart, and damn near break or hands around the squirrely design to tighten the bolts. but could probably do it in four hours max if we took everything apart at first. and they sent the wrong O2 sensor bypass. it is really throaty sound.
i had red engine paint nearby, but no exhaust paint

then he first turned it on it idled at 2k to warm up, and sounded like a damn drag car. we nearly had to yell to hear each other
