When I bought my house 4 years ago, we had the original push mower. A "Reel" mower. No engine. That was a workout. My new push mower with an engine is easy.

I also used to use something like this to edge my grass. It was a smaller model though. You should have seen my forearms after a few months of that

New studies came out that state if you want to loose weight, limit the calories in your food intake. Exercise is good for the heart, circulation and other things but you can negate the calories you burn in an hour of exercise with one big meal. They said this on the TV news the other day.

I'll bet you did have some big arm after swinging that thing.

If my yard was a little smaller, I would get one of those reel mowers. Had one when I was a kid and it did the job and you got a pretty good workout with heavy grass and on hills

Why does he say you're fat?

Doc's say that to anyone who doesn't fit in their neat little chart. I love the way they don't have a "frame" size on there.... someone who's built really small shouldn't have the same allowances as someone with a large build.

Just try to cut out the greasy, fatty stuff and eat right and you'll be fine. Don't forget to drink lots of water :D

If you want to lose weight ...eat right, drink only water(helps release all the toxins in your body), exercise for at least 35 minutes a day. Try the P90X if you can its awesome and really works you out!!
