Oh yeah I'm staying with it, luckily I have good people in my life that keep me motivated, I got my buddy to join with me too. He's lost almost as much as me, I try to keep his ass motivated and he does the same for me

Where did you get that shirt? Wants that

Was thinking the same, but I did a killer chest workout last week so I think I should focus on back as the first day of the week this week. 300 eh? How many reps you looking to achieve?

I see it here also along with hats, sunglasses, etc.

Some guy was talking about how he hates people who lift in cut off tees because they just want to show off. He was in a neon green superman UA spandex shirt.

true :anonymous: I've got to convince myself to cut again....naaaaaa

I'm just looking to go down to my chest and maybe about halfway back up...At 295, I always get stuck about 2" above my chest on the way back up, so I'm gonna just start messing with 300, so when I go for 295 in a month or so, it'll be a little lighter and hopefully I'll get it

I had to get onto a high school kid one time for taking his shirt off....I was like, "dude, wtf are you doing?" He said he didn't know and I said, "Well, neither do I..." and he put it back on lol

I've noticed most people with the cut off shirts with the arm holes like 2 feet long are usually people with like 13" arms lol

How did we go from dude getting mean mugged to what is the proper workout attire with a random Photoshop picture in between?
